Tongue in Jelly
Tongue in Jelly is a tasty and easy to cook Italian meat course.
Ingredients: 1 kg tongue,
3 l water,
1 onion,
1 egg,
1 pickled cucumber,
1 jelly packet,
500 ml meat broth,
2-3 bay leaves,
black pepper,
dill,
parsley,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  Tongue in Jelly is the best homemade recipe.
  Boil tongue in salted water add some pepper, bay leaves, parsley and onion. Take out the cooked tongue, peel, chill and slice it.
  Put tongue on a plate. Garnish the meal with cucumber, boiled eggs and greens.
  Then cover the tongue with meat broth with jelly.
