Tenderize the schnitzels.
Dip the pieces of meat in milk and then flour them. Whip eggs with water and dip the in this mixture. Cover schnitzels with bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Put meat aside in a fridge for an hour.
Warm up butter. Fry schnitzels from both sides.
