Breaded Sardines
Breaded Sardines course suits everyone at weeknight suppers.
Ingredients: 700g sardines,
2 eggs,
120 g bread crumbs,
1 lemon,
1 garlic clove,
parsley,
mint,
flour,
pepper,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  This is a wonderful Italian Breaded Sardines recipe.
  Wash sardines; remove the head, tail and guts. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and put it aside for 20 min.
  Chop parsley and garlic. Add whipped eggs, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Flour the fish and dip it in the egg with parsley and garlic mixture, and then crumb. Fry sardines in oil until ready.
  Before serving add some salt and pepper to the fish. Garnish the cooked meal with mint.
