Mediterranean Tunny
Mediterranean Tunny course has a simple but savory combination of the flavors.
Ingredients: 4 tunnies,
50 g canned capers,
3 tomatoes,
50 g grated bread crumbs,
25 olives,
olive oil,
salt to taste.

  Mediterranean Tunny recipe is easy to cook and it takes only 45 min or even less.
  Wash basil, olives and capers. Grind everything in blender and put them in a bowl. Add grated bread crumbs and 1 tbsp olive oil.
  Wash tomatoes, peel and chop them.
  Salt and pepper the fish from both sides. Cover it with basil-olives-capers mixture and put tomatoes on top.
  Put the fish on a baking sheet. Turn the oven to 200 degrees and bake the meal for 20-25 min.
