Sea Wolf with Tangerines
Sea Wolf with Tangerines is an unusual and refined Italian course which has a very interesting taste thank to the combination of fish and tangerines.
Ingredients: 4 tangerines,
3 tbsp unsalted butter,
450 g chopped sea wolf fillet,
1 tsp sugar,
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice,
fresh dill,
salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation:

  We introduce you a Sea Wolf with Tangerines recipe which is a refined Italian course. Let's cook it together.
  At first juice 2 tangerines and divide the other tangerines in segments.
  Then heat oil with tangerine rind in a frying pan. When oil boils add a half of fish with the skin down. Cook it for 1,5 min and then turn it oevr, add pepper and salt, and cook it for 1,5 min more. Put this fish on a paper towel. Do the same with the rest of the the fish.
  After that put sugar in the frying pan, mix it with oil with a whisk and cook it on a medium flame for 1 min until sugar starts caramelizing. Add lemon and tangerine juice, mix them. Then add tangerine segments, bring it all to boil and cook it for 30 seconds stirring it.
  Smear every dish with the sauce, put the fish on the dishes and sprinkle it with dill.
