Mushroom Soup with White Lentil
Mushroom Soup with White Lentil is a filling and very tasty Italian course which has an incredible flavour.
Ingredients: 30 g dried mushrooms,
1 cup white dried lentil,
fresh celery,
1 carrot,
3 potatoes,
100 g dried bacon,
1 onion,
50 g leek,
fresh parsley greens,
2 garlic cloves,
1 l meat or chicken broth,
salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Mushroom Soup with White Lentil recipe which is a refined Italian course.
  At first let's prepare vegetables. Wash them, peel carrot, onion and potatoes. Dice potatoes and carrot. Chop celery, parsley, onion and leek finley. Soak lentil and mushrooms in water and let them stay.
  Then heat olive oil in a big saucepan. At first fry diced bacon in it until golden, then fry celery greens, onion and leek. Then add chopped garlic and parsley. Simmer it all for 3 min stirring it.
  Pour hot broth in the saucepan with vegetables, put carrot, potatoes, lentil and mushrooms in it too. Add pepper and salt to your taste. Bring the soup to boil and simmer it for 1 hour not covered with a lid.
