Deep Fried Cauliflower is a very tasty and appetizing Italian course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 1 big cauliflower cluster,
1 egg,
200 g flour,
30 g dry white wine,
oil,
salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation:

  Here is a Deep Fried Cauliflower recipe which is a traditional Italian course.
  At first soak cauliflower in salted water. Break an egg in a cup. Add pepper, salt and flour. Whip it all. Then add wine. Whip it again and put it for 30 min aside.
  Then boil cauliflower and divide it in pieces.
  Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip every cauliflower piece in the fluid dough and deep fry them until golden brown.
  Take the cauliflower out of the oil and put it on paper towels. Add salt and serve the course hot.
