Asparagus with Whipped Cottage Cheese

Ingredients: 500 g green asparagus,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
2 egg whites,
200 g cottage cheese,
2 tbsp cream,
1 garlic clove,
pistachios,
herbs mix,
salt.
Preparation:

  At first wash asparagus and peel it. Boil the stems for 20 min in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Take out the stems and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  Then whip egg whites. Add salt and cream to cottage cheese until you get cream. Wash herbs and chop them finely. Peel garlic and chop it finely. Add chopped herbs with garlic and egg whites to the cottage cheese, sprinkle it with chopped pistachios. Add asparagus to the whipped cottage cheese and serve the course.
