Summer Salad

Summer Salad
Summer Salad is a very delicious course which is so simple to cook that even an unexperienced cook can gladden his family with it.
Ingredients: 100 g shelled boiled shrimps,
2 tomatoes,
100 g finely chopped cucumbers, carrots, radish or other vegetables,
1 boiled egg,
40 g ham,
mayonnaise to taste,
2 sweet green peppers,
20 g green salad leaves,
4 olives without stones,
10 g parsley and dill,
1 tsp olive oil,
2 slightly salted sprats,
1 tsp lemon juice,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  Summer Salad recipe is a light French course. This salad will be enjoyed even by those people who don't like French cuisine.
  Cut off the tomatoes tops and cut out the pulp. Shell a boiled egg, cut it in halves and extract the yolk. Mix the yolk with greens and olives, and add 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Stuff egg halves with the mix.
  Cook a stuffing from finely chopped vegetables, shrimps and ham. Add salt and stir it all. Put egg halves on the top.
  Wash green salad, cut it in thin  stripes and dress it with the mix of olive oil, lemon juice and ground pepper. Put it all on a dish. Put tomatoes, sprats and egg halves on the top.
