Abkhazian Okroshka
Abkhazian Okroshka is an awesome cold soup which is perfect for hot summer weather.
Ingredients: 3-3,5 cups sour milk,
50-75 g green onions,
150 g cucumbers,
50 g radishes,
1-2 garlic cloves,
4-5 sprigs dill,
2 eggs,
salt and ajika to your taste.
Preparation:

  Abkhazian Okroshka recipe is an awesome summer soup. It is easy and rich in vitamines.
  Dice cucumbers, chop radishes and onions, put it all in a saucepan or a bowl. Cover it all with sour milk diluted with cold water. Dress it all with pestled garlic, ajika and salt to your taste. Boil eggs, chop them finely and add them to the soup.
  Before serving sprinkle the course with chopped dill.
