Asizbal (Cherry Plum Sauce)
Our spicy berry sauce - Asizbal (Cherry Plum Sauce) gives new taste to your favourite courses.
Ingredients: 1 kg cherry plums,
5 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp ajika,
1 tbsp dried spices mix,
5 mint leaves,
salt to your taste.

  Asizbal (Cherry Plum Sauce) recipe is an original Abkhazian course.
  Wash ripe yellow or red cherry plums and put them in a saucepan. Cover them with water. Simmer them for 15-20 min, then pour off the liquid, sieve the cherry plums and separate stones from them.
  Pour the cherry plums mass, 1 cup water in a saucepan and simmer it all for 40-50 min stirring it.
  While simmering add ajika, dried spices mix, mint and preesed garlic with salt to you taste.
