Barberry Sauce
Our Barberry Sauce is a perfect dressing for a meat course. It will bring changes in your casual menu.
Ingredients: 500 g fresh barberries,
2-3 tbsp ajika,
50 ml water,
1 bundle fresh coriander.
Preparation:

  Our Barberry Sauce recipe is a simple and unusual recipe. The sauce goes perfectly with meat courses and especially kebab. You may also cook it with Cornelian cherries.
  Sort out barberries and put them in a saucepan.
  Then add water. After it starts boiling cook the berries for 10 min more until soft.
  Sieve this mass, cool it and add dry ajika, finely chopped greens and salt to your taste.
