Green Ajika

Green Ajika
Green Ajika is a spicy dressing which may be served with meat, fish and vegetable courses. Some gourmets even add milk products to it.
Ingredients: 500 g hot green peppers,
250 g coriander,
250 g parsley greens,
1 garlic,
1 tbsp ground coriander,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  We introduce you a savory Green Ajika recipe. The spisy courses admirers will really enjoy it.
  Cut off ends of the hot green peppers and extracft the seeds. Mince the peppers and garlic finely. If you want you may also add dill, basil, tarragon and celery to it.
  Dress it with ground coriander and salt. Stir it all. Keep the course in a cold place.
