Ajika

Ajika
Ajika is a classic dressing to fish and meat. Try to cook this awesome and rich in vitamines sauce with us.
Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves,
3 tbsp sweet paprikas,
2 tsp hot paprikas,
1 tsp ground coriander,
1/2 tsp ground young fenugreek,
1/2 tsp ground caraway,
1 tsp grated walnuts,
salt.
Preparation:

  This is a gorgeous Ajika recipe. It goes with all meat and fish courses.
  Peel garlic. Chop it finely in a kitchen machine.
  Mix all the spices and stir it all until it turns into a thick paste.
  Add 1 tsp water to get the right consistence.
