Noodles and Mango Salad
Noodles and Mango Salad is a very interesting Chinese course which will look nicely on your table.
Ingredients: 250 g egg noodles,
2 tbsp groundnut oil,
4 chopped shallots,
2 pressed garlic cloves,
1 chopped red chili pepper without seeds,
1 peeled and chopped green sweet pepper,
1 ripe mango cut in thin stripes,
25 g chopped salted peanuts.

As a dressing:
4 tbsp peanut butter,
100 ml coco milk,
1 tbsp tomato paste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Noodles and Mango Salad recipe which is an unusual Chinese course. So let's start.
  Put noodles in a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let it stay for 10 min.
  Then heat oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add garlic, shallots, green pepper and chili, and fry it all for 2 min.
  Pour off the water, add mango and noodles in the wok with vegetables, heat it all for 2 min.
  Put the salad in plates and sprinkle it with chopped nuts.
  In order to cook the dressing mix coco milk, peanut butter and tomato paste, pout it on the salad. Serve the course at once.
