Shrimps Salad
Shrimps Salad is a classic Chinese course which will bring changes in your casual menu.
Ingredients: 250 g egg noodles,
3 tbsp sunflower oil,
1 tbsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp sesame seeds,
150 g bean sprouts,
1 chopped mango,
6 chopped green onion leaves,
75 g chopped radishes,
350 g shelled shrimps,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp sherry.
Preparation:

  We introduce you a Shrimps Salad recipe which is a refined Chinese course.
  At first put noodles in a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Then let them stay for 10 min and pour off the water.
  Heat oil in a frying pan or a wok and fry noodles for 5 min stirring them. Take the wok off fire and add bean sprouts, sesame oil and seeds in it. Stir it all.
  Then mix shrimps, chopped onions, radishes and mango pieces in a bowl. Dress it all with sherry and soya sauce, and stir it all.
  Mix the noodles with the shrimps mass and put it all on a dish. Serve the course warm.
