Carrot and Coriander Salad
Carrot and Coriander Salad is a traditional Chinese course which goes perfectly with any meat course.
Ingredients: 4 carrots,
2 chopped celery stems,
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander.

As a dressing:
1 tbsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp rice vinegar,
1/2 tbsp sugar,
salt.
Preparation:

  We offer you our Carrot and Coriander Salad recipe which is a traditional Chinese course. Let's cook it together.
  In order to make carrots look like flowers cut out grooves in them and ring them finely.
  Then mix coriander, celeries and carrots in a bowl. For the dressing mix salt, suagr, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
  Before serving mix carrots with the dressing and put it all in a salad bowl.
