Chinese Salad
Chinese Salad is a classic Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 75 g corncobs,
75 g fresh peas,
175 g bean sprouts,
175 g celery cabbage,
1 chopped red sweet pepper,
175 g shelled shrimps,
2 tbsp sesame oil,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
1/2 tsp Chinese condiment,
1 tsp grated ginger,
salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chinese Salad recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  At first boil peas and corncobs for 3 min in salted water. Then put them on a colander and cool them with cold water.
  Then put them in a salad bowl with shrimps, celery cabbage, red pepper and bean sprouts. Mix other salad ingredients, pour this mass in the salad bowl and stir it all thoroughly.
