Fish Balls Salad
Fish Balls Salad is a refined Chinese course which will decorate your festive table.
Ingredients: 500 g fish fillet,
1 finely chopped garlic clove,
1 pestled ginger,
2 onions,
1 tomato,
lime juice,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
2 tbsp fried red onions,
vegetable oil,
1 egg,
coriander,
salt, pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We present you a Fish Balls Salad recipe which is an unusual Chinese course.
  At first wash fish, clean and chop it finely. Dress it with salt and pepper. Add ginger and garlic to it. Break an egg to this stuffing. Make balls and deep fry them.
  Then slice tomato finely. Slice the fish balls finely, put them in a saucepan, then mix them with the sauce, salt and lime juice. Add frying oil in it and stir it all.
  Garnish the course with onions and coriander leaves.
