Rice Noodles Salad
Rice Noodles Salad is a simple and very tasty Chinese course. Cook it with us.
Ingredients: 200 g rice noodles,
100 g celery cabbage,
1 red onion,
1 carrot,
20 frozen beans,
2 garlic cloves,
1 lemon,
2 tsp sugar,
3 tbsp vegetable oil,
salt and pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Rice Noodles Salad recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first defrost beans. In a deep stewing pan boil salted water. Put beans in it for 3 min, after that put them on a colander and pour cold water over them. Let the beans get dry.
  Then wash celery cabbage and cut it in thin stripes. Peel garlic, cut it in semicircles, put it in a sieve and scald it.
  Then peel carrot, cut it in stripes and grate it largely. Juice the lemon.
  After that put carrot, onions, beans and cabbage in a dish, dress it all with pepper and salt. Add lemon juice and sugar to it. Stir it all.
  Peel garlic and chop it finely. Then put it on a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry it for 2 min stirring it.
  Boil rice noodles for 2 min in a saucepan. Put it in a colander and then - in the frying pan with garlic. Fry it for 8 min.
  Put the noodles with garlic in the dish with vegetables.
