Kanton Chicken
Kanton Chicken is an awesome Chinese meat roll which will pleasantly surprice your family.
Ingredients: 250 g chicken fillet,
50 g ham,
2 tsp seedless raisins,
1/2 cup sour cream or cream,
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Kanton Chicken recipe which is an original Chinese course. Let's cook it together.
  At first slice chicken meat finely and chop the pieces. Put a ham slice with raisins on every chicken slice, make a roll and fasten it with a wooden skewer.
  Fry the rolls in oil. Add cream or sour cream and water, stew the rolls until ready.
  Before serving remove the skewers from the rolls.
