Carp Stew with Mushrooms
Carp Stew with Mushrooms is an original Chinese course which will definitely decorate your festive table.
Ingredients: 1 kg carp,
50 g fresh mushrooms,
1 bulb onion,
2 garlic cloves,
3 tsp ground ginger,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp white wine,
2 tsp potato strach,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Carp Stew with Mushrooms recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first wash mushrooms and slice them. Clean the fish, wash and fry it in oil until golden brown.
  Then add onion cut in stripes, ginger, wine, soya sauce, mushrooms and 1 cup water. After that add salt and stew it all on a low fire for 10 min with the lid on.
  Then add starch diluted with water and stew it all until thick.
  Before serving put the fish on a dish and pour the sauce on it. Sprinkle the course with chopped garlic.
