Chinese Carp

Chinese Carp
Chinese Carp is a very delicious traditional Chinese course which is not difficult to cook.
Ingredients: 2 carps,
1 stem onion,
1 carrot,
200 g Chinese cabbage,
10 g ginger,
1 garlic clove,
1 chili pepper,
200 g oyster mushrooms,
4 tbsp wheat flour,
4 tbsp vegetable oil,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
6 tbsp wine vinegar,
3 tbsp sugar,
salt and ground black pepper.

  Here is a Chinese Carp recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first cut carps in fillet with skin. Rub the fillet with the mix cooked of 3 tbsp water and 3 tbsp vinegar. Put the fillet for 3 hours in a fridge.
  Cut cabbage, onion, ginger and carrot in stripes. Chop garlic finely. Extract seeds from a chili pepper and chop it. Chop mushrooms.
  Roll the fish fillet in flour and fry it in oil unitl golden brown. Fry the mushrooms and vegetables in the rest of oil.
  Mix the rest of vinegar with sugar and soya sauce, and bring the mix to boil. Add salt.
  Then cover the vegetables with this mix and heat them.
  Before serving put the vegetables on a dish and then put the fried fillet on the top.
