Fried Calamari with Celery
Fried Calamari with Celery is a very tasty and easy to cook Chinese course.
Ingredients: 300 g calamari,
100 g celery,
1 bulb onion,
1/4 tsp ground ginger,
1/2 tsp vinegar,
1 tsp vodka,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
parsley leaves,
salt and ground black pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We introduce you a Fried Calamari with Celery recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  Wash calamari, soak them for an hour in cold water, wash them once more, cut them in stripes and boil them for 2 min in boiling water.
  Wash celery, remove the stems, cut it in stripes and put it for 1 minute in boiling water.
  Then fry chopped ginger and onion in heated oil, add celery and calamari there and boil it all for 15 min. After that add vodka, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt there.
  Before serving garnish the course with greens.
