Sole in Orange Sauce
Sole in Orange Sauce is a refined Chinese course which is very simple to cook.
Ingredients: 700 g sole fillet,
4 oranges,
3 bulbs onion,
2 chili peppers,
4 tbsp ground horseradish,
3 tbsp vegetable oil,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
1 cup vegetable broth,
5 tbsp sour cream,
salt, ground black pepper.

  We offer you a Sole in Orange Sauce recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Add pepper and salt to sole fillet and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Rub every fillet piece from one side with grated horseradish and put 2 fillet pieces together, fasten them with skewers.
  Divide oranges in segments and extract the films. Ring peppers and cut onions in semicircles. Stir them and fry them in oil.
  Then add broth to the vegetables, bring it all to boil, add fish fillet there and simmer it all for 5 min.
  Take the fish out. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to the broth and cook it until it boils away 3 times. Put orange slices and the fish in the sauce and heat it all.
  Serve the course with the sauce. Garnish it with chili pepper and orange slices.
