Chicken in Hot Sauce
Chicken in Hot Sauce is a very delicious and easy to cook Chinese course.
Ingredients: 250 g chicken fillet,
5 g finely chopped ramson,
2 g chopped ginger,
1 tsp sesame oil,
1 tsp hot pepper seasoning,
1/4 tsp sodium glutamate,
1/2 tomato,
parsley leaves,
3 tsp salt.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Chicken in Hot Sauce recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first cover chicken fillet with 2 tbsp water, add salt, ginger and ramson. Bring it all to boil. Cook it until ready.
  Cool the cooked meat and slice it finely. Add hot pepper seasoning, sesame oil and sodium glutamate to it.
  Put it all on a dish. Granish the course with tomato slices and greens.
