Calamari and Octopus with Pineapple
Calamari and Octopus with Pineapple is a very appetizing and tasty Chinese course which is simple to cook.
Ingredients: 6 calamari,
4 octopus,
4 pieces pickled pineapples,
8 tbsp olive oil.

As a sauce:
5 tbsp soya sauce,
8 tbsp ketchup,
4 tbsp cognac.
Preparation:

  Here is a Calamari and Octopus with Pineapple recipe which is a refined Chinese course.
  At first slice calamari and octopus and fry them in oil for 2 min. Add diced pineapples and fry it all for 2 min.
  Pour cognac there and stew it all until the liquid evaporates.
  Then mix soya sauce with ketchup and cover seafood with pineapples with this mass. Stew it all for 5 min.
  Before serving garnish the course with lime slices and greens.
