|Calamari wit Onion and Pepper is an unusual Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
||500 g calamari fillet,
500 g bulb onions,
200 g sweet peppers,
100 g table vinegar,
1 tsp sugar,
parsley or dill leaves,
salt and ground pepper to your taste.

At first peel oninons, ring and mix them with salt, vinegar, pepper, sugar and bay leaf. Heat it all. Then cool it and put the container with marinade in a saucepan with cold water.
When onions with marinade get cool, add vegetable oil there and put it all in a fridge for 3 hours.
Boil calamari fillet in the boiling salted water for 5 min. Cool the cooked calamari and cut them in stripes. Strain the onions off the marinade, mix them with calamari and sweet peppers cut in stripes.
Mound the salad in a salad bowl and sprinkle it with finely chopped greens.
