Jelly Mutton
Jelly Mutton is a festive Chinese course which is very simple to cook, besides it has a wonderful taste.
Ingredients: 100 g radishes,
40 g gelatin,
20 g chopped ramson,
1 tsp ground ginger,
1 tsp sugar,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
parsley leaves,
500 g mutton,
1 tsp salt.
Preparation:

  Here is a Jelly Mutton recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Wash meat, dice and put it in a saucepan. After that cover the meat with water and bring it to boil.
  Then add ginger, soya sauce, salt, finely chopped radishes, ramson and sugar. Simmer it all for 2 hours with the lid on.
  Then take the meat out of the broth and put it in a form. Cover it with broth with gelatin and cool it all until gelation.
  Before serving slice the jelly. Put the slices on a dish and garnish the course with greens.
