Candied Peaches
Candied Peaches is an incredibly tasty Chinese dessert which will gladden your family.
Ingredients: 4 peaches,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 tbsp fresh cherries without stones,
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
Preparation:

  We present you a Candied Peaches recipe which is a classic Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first wash peaches, peel and cut them in halves, extract the stones and slice the halves. Sprinkle them with a half of sugar and cook them for 10 min on a water bath.
  Then pour the appearing juice in a deep stewing pan, add the rest of sugar, 3 tbsp water and simmer it all for 3 min stirring it. Then add cinnamon and stir it all.
  Before serving put the peach halves on a dish, garnish them with cherries and pour the syrup on them.
