Tangerine Pudding
Tangerine Pudding is a refined Chinese dessert which won't leave your kids indifferent.
Ingredients: 3 tangerines,
100 g sugar,
5 tbsp corn starch,
50 g diced haw jelly.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Tangerine Pudding recipe which is a classic Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first peel tangerines and divide them in segments. Remove films from the segments, extract the seeds and chop them. Pour 1,25 l water in a saucepan. Add sugar and bring it all to boil. Add starch diluted in 5 tbsp water and cook it all unitl thick.
  Mix the pudding with tangerines, put it in bowls and add haw jelly.
