We present you a Chinese Custard Tarts recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
At first let's cook dough. Sift flour in a bowl. Add sugar in it and rub it in butter until the mass gets like crumbs. Add water and knead the dough.
Then put the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, and knead it for 5 min until soft. Cover the dough with a film and put it in a fridge while cooking the stuffing.
In order to cook custard whip eggs with sugar. Add milk and nutmeg to them, whip it all.
Then divide the dough in 15 pieces. Make circles from them and put them in forms. Stuff them with custard and bake them in oven for 30 min at 150 degrees С.
Put the tarts on a grating, let them cool and sprinkle them with nutmeg. Serve the course with cream.
