Coconut Cream
Coconut Cream is a very tasty Chinese delicacy which is easy to cook.
Ingredients: 1 cup milk,
75 g coconut flakes,
2 egg yolks,
3,5 tbsp sugar,
1 packet vanilla sugar,
10 g gelatin,
1 cup cream,
2 tbsp liquour.

  We suggest you a Coconut Cream recipe which is a refined Chinese course. Let's cook it together.
  At first heat milk, add coconut flakes in it and simmer the milk for 20 min. Let the milk get cool, sieve it and wring out the flakes.
  Then pour whipped egg yolks in it, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat it all for 5 min on a water bath stirring it.
  Then add gelatin there. Stir the cream and put it in a cold place.
  Stir the whipped cream with liquour until thick. Put this mass for 2 hours in a fridge.
