Chinese Fish Soup
Chinese Fish Soup is an appetizing Chinese course which is very easy to cook.
Ingredients: 350 tbsp cod fillet,
1 carrot,
400 g Chinese cabbage,
2 tbsp sesame oil,
1/2 cup rice,
4 tbsp soya sauce,
100 g canned green peas,
10 g soybeans,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
2 pinches spices mix,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chinese Fish Soup recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Fry rice in sesame oil for 5 min. Add cut in stripes cabbage and carrot to it and fry it all for 5 min.
  Then cover the vegetables with 4 tbsp hot water and 2 tbsp soya sauce, and boil it all for 15 min. Add soybeans and green peas there.
  Wash fish fillet, sprinkle it with lemon juice and add it for 10 min to the vegetables. Take the fish out and cut it in pieces.
  Take the saucepan off fire and dress the soup with spices and the rest of soya sauce.
  Before serving put the fish in the soup and sprinkle the course with chopped greens.
