Broth with Meatballs and Cauliflower
Broth with Meatballs and Cauliflower is a very appetizing and delicious Chinese soup which is quick to cook.
Ingredients: 90 g chicken,
70 g cauliflower,
1 egg white,
1 tsp sake,
10 g ginger,
5 g soya sauce,
5 g chicken fat,
broth,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  We present you a Broth with Meatballs and Cauliflower recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Chop egg white and cauliflower finely, boil the cauliflower until half ready. Add them to minced chicken and stir it all.
  Then pour broth in a saucepan and when it starts boiling put the minced meat pieces in it.
  Boil it all until ready, add melted chicken fat and ladle out the soup in  soup plates.
