Chinese Mushroom Soup
Chinese Mushroom Soup is a very tasty Chinese course which is easy to cook. It is really worth cooking.
Ingredients: 1,5 l chicken broth,
500 g sliced champignons,
120 g noodles,
120 g chopped green onions,
60 g finely sliced ham,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp sesame oil,
20 g ginger,
20 g garlic,
1 lemon juice,
coriander.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Chinese Mushroom Soup recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first simmer chicken broth with chopped fresh ginger and grated garlic for 30 min. Strain it.
  Mix broth with ham, boiled noodles, chopped mushrooms, lime juice, green onions, sesame oil and soya sauce.  
  Ladle out the soup in plates and garnish it with coriander.
