Chicken Soup with Bamboo Shoots and Mushrooms
Chicken Soup with Bamboo Shoots and Mushrooms is a very tasty Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 30 g dried mushrooms,
150 g boiled chicken without skin,
60 g bamboo shoots,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp rice wine,
1 l chicken broth,
coriander,
salt and pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chicken Soup with Bamboo Shoots and Mushrooms recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Put mushrooms for 30 min in hot water. Cut the meat in thin stripes. Dry bamboo and cut it in stripes. Dry mushrooms, cut off the stems and cut the caps in stripes.
  Put bamboo, mushrooms and chicken meat in a bowl, mix them with rice wine and soya sauce. Put it all for an hour aside. Heat chicken broth, put all the ingredients in it and boil it for 1 min. Add pepper and salt.
  Sprinkle the soup with coriander and serve the course hot.
