Chinese Spicy Soup
Chinese Spicy Soup is a refined Chinese course which has an awesome taste.
Ingredients: 250 g pork,
75 g Indian rice,
1,5 l chicken broth,
4 Chinese muer mushrooms,
1 canned bamboo shoot,
1 tsp grated ginger,
1 tbsp cornflour,
1 egg,
1 tbsp vinegar,
black and cayenne pepper,
2 tsp sesame oil,
2 spring onions.

  Here is a Chinese Spicy Soup recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  Boil pork for 30 min in salted water. Boil rice in 3/8 l salted water. Bring the chicken broth to boil.
  Soak mushrooms in hot water, then chop them finely and chop the bamboo shoot too. Take the meat out of the broth and chop it finely. Put the mushrooms with bamboo shoot, rice, ginger and meat in the boiling water.
  Then dilute cornflour in cold water and put it in boiling soup. Stir the soup. Pour the egg in it.
  Take the saucepan off fire. Dress the soup with black and cayenne pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil. Chop onions and put them in the soup.
