Chinese Soup with Ginger and Dill is a very tasty Chinese course which is simple to cook.
Ingredients: 200 g rice,
fresh peeled ginger,
sesame oil,
fennel seeds,
soya sauce.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Chinese Soup with Ginger and Dill recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  At first fry fennel seeds in a frying pan stirring them, then pestle them.
  Put fennel, ginger and rice in a saucepan, cover it all with water and bring it to boil. Simmer it all for 1 hour with the lid on.
  Serve the soup hot with soya sauce and sesame oil.
