Chinese Broth with Potato and Pork
Chinese Broth with Potato and Pork is an incredibly tasty Chinese course. Your family will love it.
Ingredients: 1 l chicken broth,
2 diced potatoes,
2 tbsp wine vinegar,
2 tbsp starch,
125 g chopped pork fillet,
1 tbsp light soya sauce,
sesame oil,
1 finely sliced carrot,
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger,
3 chopped green onions,
1 chopped red pepper,
225 g canned bamboo shoots.

  Here is a Chinese Broth with Potato and Pork recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Put potatoes, chicken broth and 1 tbsp wine vinegar in a saucepan and bring it all to boil. Let the broth simmer.
  Then mix water with starch and add it to the broth. Bring it all to boil until thick. Then reduce the fire and simmer the broth.
  Put the pork in a bowl and mix it with the rest of sesame oil, vinegar and soya sauce.
  Then add carrot, pork and ginger to the broth and cook the broth for 10 min. Add bamboo, red pepper and onions. Cook it all for 5 min.
  Ladle out the broth in plates and serve the course at once.
