Chinese Aubergines

Chinese Aubergines
Chinese Aubergines is an original Chinese course which has a very pleasant taste and flavour.
Ingredients: 2 aubergines,
6 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp grated ginger,
1 hot pepper,
sunflower oil,
green onion.

For the sauce:
4 tbsp soya sauce,
2,5 tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp sunflower oil,
salt and ground black pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chinese Aubergines recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  At first wash aubergines, peel and chop them. Brown them in oil until soft. Put them on paper towels.
  Then mix sugar, pepper, soya sauce, water, salt, lemon juice and sunflower oil. Stir it all and pour it in the frying pan. Stew it for 3 min.
  Put the aubergines on a dish and pour the sauce on them.
