Chinese Cabbage Rolls
Chinese Cabbage Rolls is a very tasty Chinese course which is really worth tasting.
Ingredients: cabbage,
1 tbsp sunflower oil,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
salt.

For the stuffung:
150 g canned beans,
onions,
sweet peppers,
butter,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chinese Cabbage Rolls recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  Cut every cabbage leaf in halves. Then put the leaves for 3 min in salted boiling water. Put the leaves in a colander and pour cold water over them. Unroll and blot them with a napkin.
  For the stuffing ring onions and dice sweet peppers. Add beans there and stew it all for 5 min in butter.
  Then add pepper, soya sauce and salt to the stuffing to taste.
  Add salt to the cabbage leaves, put the stuffing on them and make rolls. Put the rolls on a frying pan and pour soya sauce and sunflower oil in it. Brown them for 10 min with the lid on.
