Fish and Vegetable Stew
Fish and Vegetable Stew is a refined Chinese course. Your guests will definitely enjoy it.
Ingredients: 500 g hunchback salmon,
5 parsley roots,
4 carrots,
2 bulb onions,
4 tbsp tomato puree,
2 tbsp butter,
1 cup fish broth,
salt and ground black pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Here is a Fish and Vegetable Stew recipe which is a traditional Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first cut the fish fillet in pieces. Add pepper and salt to them.
  Cut roots and onions in stripes, put them in a deep stewing pan. Add tomato puree to them and fry it all in oil.  
  Then put the fillet on the vegetables, add salt, and pour broth there. Roast the fish in oven until ready. In 5 min before the fish is ready add butter to it.
  Before serving put the fish with vegetables on a dish and garnish the course with greens.
