Chinese Zucchini

Chinese Zucchini
Chinese Zucchini is a very appetizing and tasty Chinese course which is simple to cook.
Ingredients: 450 g zucchini,
1 tomato,
1 bulb onion,
3/4 cup chicken broth,
2 tbsp ketchup,
2 tsp soya sauce,
1 tsp white wine,
1/4 tsp sugar,
1 tsp wine vinegar,
1 tsp starch,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 tsp ground ginger,
1 garlic clove,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  We present you a Chinese Zucchini recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first scald tomato, peel and chop it largely. Chop garlic and onion finely.
  Fry the tomato and onion in 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger and garlic to them and pour the mix of broth with ketchup, wine, soya sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar to them too. Stew it all for 10 min stirring it.
  Then ring zucchini and fry them from both sides in oil. Pour 3 tbsp water to them and stew it all until soft.
  Mix onion with zucchini and tomato, and add starch diluted with 1 tbsp water.
  Heat the sauce until thick.
