Calamari Pilau
Calamari Pilau is a very tasty and flavoured Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 500 g calamari fillet,
100 g vegetable oil,
250 g carrots,
2 onions,
1 cup rice,
salt and pepper.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Calamari Pilau recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first chop calamari fillet and cut it in pieces, fry them in oil until golden. After that add pepper and salt and put them in a container for stewing.
  Then cut carrots in stripes, chop onions finely and fry them in oil. Then put them in the same container.
  Add boiled rice on the top, pour broth or water and the oil from frying on it. Stew it all with the lid on.
