Calamari with Rice
Calamari with Rice is a very appetizing and tasty Chinese course which is simple to cook. So cook it and you won't regret.
Ingredients: 600 g calamari,
1 cup rice,
3 garlic cloves,
1 bulb onion,
2 celery stems,
1 sweet pepper,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 lemon juice,
1 tbsp tomato paste,
2 red hot peppers,
2 tsp chopped basil leaves,
salt to your taste.

  Here is a Calamari with Rice recipe which is a traditional Chinese course. So let's start.
  Chop garlic and onions finely and fry them in oil until golden. Add sliced sweet pepper and celery there, and fry it all for 5 min.
  Then add tomato paste, pour 2 cups water and lemon juice there. Bring it all to boil. Then add rice, salt, and stew it all for 20 min more.
  Put calamari cut in stripes, basil leaves and hot peppers there, and cook it all for 5 min.
  Before serving garnish the course with greens.
