Fried Carp

Fried Carp
Fried Carp is a very tasty and flavoured Cinese course which will decorate your festive table.
Ingredients: 1 kg carp,
300 g white bread,
3 eggs,
4 tbsp wheat flour,
2 tbsp sake,
1 bulb onion,
10 g fresh ginger,
1/2 cup vegetable oil,
1 lemon,
dill leaves,
salt and ground black pepper to your taste.

  We suggest you a Fried Carp recipe which is an original Chinese course.
  Scale fish, wash and dry it. Cut the fillet in pieces.
  Marinate the fish in the mix of salt, vodka and finely chopped peppers, ginger and onion. Put it all for 20 min aside.
  Then dice bread finely. Whip eggs. Roll carp pieces in flour, soak them in eggs and coat them with diced bread.
  Serve the course hot and garnish it with greens and lemon slices.
