|Peking Duck is an incredibly delicious and appetizing Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
1 tbsp honey,
3 tbsp soya sauce,
2 cups wheat flour.
Here is a Peking Duck recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
Mix oil, honey and soya sauce. Grease duck with a part of this sauce and put it for 12 hours aside. Mix the rest of the sauce with 2 tbsp water and pour this mix into the duck. Fry the duck for 30 min in oven preheated to 200 °С.
Then in order to cook flat cakes add hot water to flour, knead the dough and cover it with a wet towel. Put it for 15 min aside.
Make balls from the dough. After that make them flat, oil and fry them in a frying pan for 20 seconds from both sides. Put them in a warm place.
Serve the course warm.
