Liver with Tangerines
Liver with Tangerines is an original and very interesting Chinese course which will pleasantly surprise your guests.
Ingredients: 400 g beef liver,
1 cup rice,
1/2 cup frozen green peas,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
2 tangerines,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
ground red pepper,
salt.
Preparation:

  We present you a Liver with Tangerines recipe which is a traditional Chinese course. So let's start.
  Boil rice in salted water and put it in a colander. Boil peas.
  Mix boiled peas with rice and the mix. Slice liver, add salt and pepper to it.
  Then grill liver slices and sprinkle them with soya sauce. Peel tangerines, ring and grill them.
  Before serving put the liver with tangerines on a dish and garnish the course with greens.
