Chinese Fried Salmon
Chinese Fried Salmon is an exquisite Chinese course which becomes a real decoration of your table.
Ingredients: 700 g salmon fillet,
4 tbsp vegetable oil,
4 tbsp sesame seeds,
2 tangerines,
50 g marinated ginger.

For the marinade:
2 tbsp dry sherry,
1 tsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp grated ginger,
1 tbsp fish sauce,
1 tsp sesame oil,
2 tbsp honey.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Chinese Fried Salmon recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  At first cut salmon fillet in pieces. In order to cook the marinade mix all the ingredients.
  Cover the fish with the marinade and put it for 2 hours in a fridge.
  Then take the fish out of the marinade, dry and fry it in oil until golden.
  Before serving put the fish on a dish and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Garnish the course with marinated ginger and tangerine slices.
